Enable, our Series D cloud-based B2B rebate management SaaS client, was in search of a Director of Product Design who would step in as the first-ever design leader. Hired to be a catalyst in capturing greater market share, this leader would step in to scale the product design org, apply best in class frameworks and systems, and champion a new design thinking approach.
This candidate is a very strategic, involved, and hands-on design leader. They have over 12+ years of end-to-end product design experience and 7+ years leading design teams for top B2B tech companies with a focus on scaling and innovating product suites. Previously, a Design Director for a top global workforce planning SaaS (with a similar size and revenue to Enable); there they led end-to-end product design, UX design, and managed a team of designers, researchers, and content strategists. They also had experience spearheading a digital transformation for a global fortune 500 financial services.
