Roadpost, a privately-held satellite communications solution provider, was coming off of an acquisition-heavy growth period and needed a VP Technology who could build upon their existing infrastructure to deal with an ever-expanding user base.
This candidate had an extensive telco background, which also gave them expertise in usage-based billing; they also had experience as a cloud transformation specialist and VP Engineering at an ERP SaaS startup leading all Product Development, IT and Security. There they led a team of 20, brought in Microsoft Azure, and got them SOC2 certified.
