GE Healthcare was launching an ambitious project of transforming the global design organization to a global Center of Excellence model. To accelerate this undertaking, they required a Global Design Director to assume the senior-most position and manage the software side of the CoE. This hire would assume leadership of a 50+ person organization while continuing to build.
This hire was a global design leader working for an industry-leading MedTech solutions provider. They had experience building and leading distributed teams of 100+ Designers. A noted thought leader and speaker on the topic of design, having previously led a course at Harvard Business School. They are also a multiple design award recipient.
